I am member of the core training team at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP) at Bangor University. I have been teaching Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for Cancer to cancer patients, their families and carers since 2008 (including working with young people with cancer), and lead mindfulness-based workshops for health professionals.
