When: 21 Jun 2026
Where: Online Event
Tutor: Rebecca Crane
About the event:
On the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, we will gather to pause, take space and deepen our mindfulness practice. Although this time of year can be filled with activity, the longer hours of sunlight can also naturally invite appreciation, connecting inwardly and reflecting on what deeply matters to us.
This afternoon of teaching and guided mindfulness meditation practices will support pausing and slowing down, with an invitation to deepen into kindly connection with inner experience. There will also be space toward the end of the afternoon to reflect together in small groups.
The session is offered as a donation event, with the opportunity to share the benefit through a donation to the Mindfulness Network charity. It is also offered free of charge if a donation is not possible for you at this time.
Who is the event for?
The event is open to all who have some familiarity with mindfulness practice.
