Edel Maex will pay attention to the value of self-care in communication and offer a practical exercise. There will also be time and space for your questions at the end of the session.

"In our digital, disembodied and stressful world, where it’s hard to know whom to trust and to find the time for deeper and more meaningful communication, this book has been sorely needed." - Michael Chaskalson
