Sarah Nearney is a physiotherapist who came to mindfulness as a participant to manage the longer-term effects of glandular fever.
She has developed the movement practice in the Mindfulness-based Therapy for Fatigue programme in collaboration with Dr. Peter Gladwell and is now working within the Bristol ME team as a mindfulness teacher, as well as within palliative care.
She is in her final dissertation year of the Msc Studies in Mindfulness at Aberdeen University.
