Mindfulness Training Pathway Registration Form

Welcome to the Mindfulness Training Pathway. We are so glad you have shown interest in joining the community currently training with the Mindfulness Network in association with Bangor University.

Section 1: Your contact details and personal requirements










Section 2: Data sharing
Please confirm that you agree to the Mindfulness Network sharing your contact information with Bangor University who may also contact you during your progression through the pathway?
Section 3: Payment
For new applicants, the Mindfulness Network will invoice you in due course for the registration fee of £150.


Recognising the administrative overhead of dealing with employers, we will be adding a £50 surcharge if the employer is paying directly; where possible we would recommend that applicants pay themselves and reclaim on expenses to avoid the charge. Responsibility for payment remains with the attendee. Please note: If your employer is paying, a deposit option will not be available, and the full amount will be invoiced.
