When: 20 Dec 2026
Where: Rowen Memorial Hall, Conwy
Tutor: Rebecca Crane
About the event:
On the shortest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere this donation event is an opportunity to gather together in practice and inner reflection. The longer hours of darkness can naturally invite a slowing down, even in the midst of other busyness at this time of year, to connect with what deeply matters to us.
This afternoon of teaching and guided meditation practices is an invitation to deepen into kindly connection with inner experience. There will also be space toward the end of the afternoon to share together in small groups.
The session is offered as a donation event, with the opportunity to share the benefit through a donation to the Mindfulness Network charity, if this is possible for you at this time.
The Facilitators:
Please read Rebecca's biography via the link at the top of this page for more information.
Rebecca will be supported online by our acting Chair of Trustees Ted Meissner and in-person by one of the Mindfulness Network Community Friends Committee Member Christoph Spiessens.

Donations:
Our donation-events are an opportunity to come together in a community of kindness. This is an ever-widening circle of generosity which includes all those teaching or supporting generously giving their time freely; participants benefitting from practice and perhaps sharing this; participants kindly donating if possible; and all of this supports the MN in its work and in its support of others requiring financial support, who in turn pass on the practices in their communities.
You are welcome to visit the Community Friends area of our Community site, which is free and open to all, for more opportunities to practice and learn together.
