Mindfulness and Self Compassion weekend retreat

Watch a short 5-minute video from the retreat leaders:

What’s involved?

This residential retreat is rare opportunity to step away from everyday life and immerse ourselves in quiet practice together. Both mindfulness and self-compassion support us in responding more wholeheartedly and kindly to our experiences and to ourselves.

The retreat will include:
- extended opportunities for practice in quietness together, both guided and self-directed - sustained periods of silence will enable us to connect more fully with inner experience- time to practice self-care informally between the scheduled sessions- time out of doors in a beautiful setting that supports our practice
- opportunities for reflecting together on our experiences.

Who is the retreat for?

This retreat is suitable for people who have attended an 8-week course e.g. MBSR/MBCT/MSC or who have a personal practice of mindfulness. It is open to anyone who meets these requirements and is also suitable for people who teach or are training to teach Mindfulness Based Programmes and others who are integrating mindfulness into their professional work.

This retreat can contribute to fulfilling the retreat requirement for mindfulness teachers who wish to be included on the BAMBA Listing of Mindfulness Teachers.

Please ensure you are able to attend the entire event. If this is not possible, please contact us to discuss before submitting an application.
